A former shy girl herself (actually she still is, sometimes, when she feels like it), Aileen is now a counselor & self development coach with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology.

She is also a creativity coach, retreat facilitator, visual trainer, watercolor artist, and multimedia writer.

She is happily married to a computer genius (for 10 years now!) and together they are raising two girls who love to dance, sing, and paint.
